Getting Your Medical Marijuana Card During the Pandemic

The coronavirus has changed the way we operate at Missouri Cannabis Clinic. Our check-in team wears masks, and we require patients to do so too.

Keeping our patients safe is our top priority during the COVID-19 outbreak. We understand that chronic pain, anxiety, and other medical conditions do not suddenly stop because of the pandemic. Patients need continued access to medical marijuana, but should not have to compromise their health or safety in the process.

As our local community is seeing the impacts of COVID-19, we want to share the things we are doing to keep our patients safe in accordance with the CDC's guidelines.

First of all, Missouri Cannabis Clinic is open for business and appointments will continue as scheduled. However, we are open by appointment only. If conditions change again, we will announce changes on our Facebook and website.

It is very important that patients who aren't feeling well refrain from visiting the clinic. If you are concerned about missing an appointment, please contact our team for help rescheduling.

When visiting the clinic, we ask that you implement these practices:

Regular hand washing is encouraged not only while you’re at your medical marijuana evaluation, but also at your home.

  1. Do not come to your appointment if you are not feeling well. This goes for our staff as well.

  2. Limit the number of people you bring with you to a maximum of one guest/family member per patient. If you can come by yourself, even better!

  3. Keep at least six feet away from other people.

  4. Wear a facemask. Masks significantly reduce the transmission of the virus from person to person.

  5. Wash your hands or sanitize more frequently while at the clinic. Our staff will do the same.

  6. Book a Telehealth Appointment if you are immunocompromised and would prefer to talk with the doctor from the privacy of your home. Click here to learn more about this option!

Finally, our staff is very familiar with all health recommendations per the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). We will advise patients on how to carry themselves during clinic in order to ensure their experience is positive while also protecting everyone's health to the best of our ability.
